Starfish Search is working with a London Borough to appoint an Interim Commercialisation Lead. This key role will drive a newly launched commercialisation programme designed to maximise income, strengthen commercial performance, and embed a more commercially minded culture across the organisation.

We’re seeking an experienced senior professional with a strong background in commercialisation, income generation, and transformation – ideally within complex, public-facing environments. You will lead multiple workstreams at pace, identify new commercial opportunities, and deliver measurable financial benefits with a high degree of autonomy.
