Lead day-to-day IT operations across network, hardware, infrastructure and IT platforms – with a strong focus on AWS platforms.
Oversee IT service delivery.
Work closely with the Head of Service to align IT strategy with business needs.

You will have:

Extensive experience as an IT Operations Manager within the Public Sector.
Strong background in network, hardware, and infrastructure management.
Proven track record in problem-solving skills and ability to manage critical IT incidents.
