Greenwich is a unique, vibrant and diverse borough with an ambitious regeneration agenda and an excellent track record of delivery. To support our ambitious agenda, we are seeking a new Development & Regeneration Director to secure inward investment, deliver high-profile regeneration and housing programmes and use our property assets to secure economic growth across the borough.

THE ROLE

You will be a highly skilled regeneration and development professional with an outstanding track record of thinking creatively, with extensive experience of creating the right conditions for investment and successful delivery.

You will lead the development and delivery of our 10 year regeneration plan, lead on housing new supply through the Housing Our Greenwich programme as well as lead the corporate property service including the asset review as a key priority.

You will also be able to demonstrate that your values and experience reflect our corporate plan with Greenwich’s communities at its heart.

We are looking for a strong collaborator with a clear vision of what success looks like and a passion for leading complex programmes and securing inward investment.
