THE ROLE

Ashfield is a great place to work and we know that we already excel in many areas, but we want all our services to be the best.  Our Executive Director for Operations will manage four ADs who between them cover a wide array of key front-line waste and environmental services as well as housing operations.

This role is all about ensuring our residents, tenants and communities get the best possible service and that our towns and villages reflect the best of Ashfield.  Our new Executive Director will need to be highly strategic and able to contribute to our broader corporate agendas, but they will also need an unwavering customer focus and the ability to ensure a joined up approach to service delivery.  Candidates will also need high levels of political understanding, with the skills to support our Members’ ambitions for residents.
