Interim People Consultant

Starfish Search are working with a large charity to recruit an Interim People Consultant.
THE ROLE
You Will:
- Lead the improvement and development of their volunteering model
- Drive the gathering and analysis of people data across the People Directorate
- Support ED&I strategy development and work to improve the gender pay gap within the organisation
- Work alongside the new People Operations Manager to support people policy development
- Support the development of the quarterly health report and Directors reports
- Act as a mentor and coach to the People Business Partners
You Will Have:
- Experience as a leader within the people function of a large non-profit organisation
- Extensive experience of leading and managing teams through change with evidence of successful outcomes
- The ability to effectively interpret and utilise people data
- Extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation and evidence of applying this with a pragmatic and culture led approach
This role requires a minimum of 4 days/week with 2 days in office in central London. This role is offered on a day-rate of around £500+/day outside IR35.
